No appointment is needed to tour our community, though we appreciate a quick call in advance to ensure we can give you the time and attention you deserve. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before closing for tours. All visitors aged 18 and older must present a valid photo ID.

Each of our apartment homes is individually priced according to its specific features and amenities.

Yes! We are proud to be a pet-friendly community with no breed or weight restrictions. We welcome up to 2 pets per home, with a $300 pet fee for the first pet and a $150 fee for the second.

Maintenance requests can be submitted online through the resident portal or by contacting the leasing office during regular business hours. For emergencies, we offer 24/7 on-call maintenance service.

We offer ample surface lot parking for residents and guests. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and no permit is required.

Our community bundles your cable/internet into your monthly rent. This service is an additional $50.00 per month. Please contact our office for more information on local cable providers.

The Preserve at Pine Valley offers a community BBQ area for residents to enjoy. Please note that grills are not permitted on balconies or patios.

We require a 60-day written notice prior to your move-out date. If you’re planning to leave at the end of your lease, please be sure to submit your written notice at least 60 days before your lease expires.
